Hours
JBP Properties's regular business hours are from 7:00AM to 6:00PM, Monday through Friday and Saturday 8:00AM to 12:00PM.

Key cards
Tenants may utilize their key cards to access the building after-hours, on weekends and holidays. Those with valid parking access may also utilize their key cards to access the garage outside of normal business hours.

Key and Lock Policy
To maintain the integrity of the building's security system, keys and other locksmith services must be coordinated through the Property Management Office. All requests must be submitted via the Tenant Center by an authorized tenant representative.

Deliveries
Hand held deliveries or those with small carts may be made through the building lobby. Larger deliveries must be made through the loading dock entrance and taken up through the freight elevator. Some floors may need special access through the passenger and freight elevators.

Mail Service
There is a mail room located at the East end of the Lobby. Upon move-in, each company is given a mail key to their mailbox in that mail room.
